for 2010 Joint Virtual Reality Conference of EuroVR - EGVE - VEC
We invite you to support the JVRC 2010 in Stuttgart, Germany. The conference focuses on Virtual Environment as well as Mixed and Augmented Reality technology including software systems, display technology, interaction devices, and applications. JVRC is not only a scientific venue but also a platform for exchange between research, commercial application and technology providers, and end users. Besides scientific presentations, industry-oriented panels (automotive, cluster technology, etc.) as well as vendor presentations create a unique opportunity to see, discuss and share the latest developments. Supporting the symposium demonstrates strong relations to the Virtual Reality community and provides direct access to research and development partners and potential clients. We expect between 150 and 200 international participants at the symposium making it the largest European event in its domain. A large exhibition area is provided where companies and research labs are able to presents themselves, products and research. The exhibition will start on Tuesday the 28th until Friday the 1st. The last day companies can have additional room for customer events. The exhibition will be open for the public at no costs to attract not only local industry and to stop by.

On request a separate room can be acquired, costs depend on specific needs. Sponsoring and exhibition can be combined. Vendor presentation talks will be scheduled or can be organized on demand. There is also the opportunity for meetings/presentations before and after the two main symposium days on September 29th-30th of October 1st, 2007.
